because they believed that you guys brought them in" sorry but WHAT THE _ _ _ _!? the cockroaches are there the 1st day we moved in
you guys knows it, and we had been complaining for the past.. 3 months at least?
the reason why they are still here is because u guys cannot drive them away stupid
but not because we are luring them in...
dont forget we used to live in the opposite apartment for a year and no cockroaches?
now u said that it's US who brought them in giving us stupid sticky papers for the cockroaches and mices wont work
because they are smarter than you and simply wont walk on them
putting poison around the apartment wont work, because they wont eat them
and spraying our apartment every week wont work too
because the cockroaches are probably immune to the poison and it wont solve the problem long term
I will probably die before the cockroaches because of food poisoning or lung failure It's not because they dont know what to do
but the landlord is just someone who is working for the killam
and has no incentive to do extra work because she receives a fixed salary anyway
so she just applies the procedures: sticky paper -> poison -> spray -> if spreaded, then charge you lots because of your inability and stupidity WE have to pay
why dont u just come and rob me man there is no incentive for Killam to get rid of the pest once the contract is signed
because we are binded by the contract and they can blame us for not doing well and charge us
there is even an incentive for them to charge because it means free pest control for the building
which means a decrease in cost "...and have you guys bought any CHINESE groceries?" so i see.. that western food wont bring in cockroaches lol xDD
